The Turkish Regional Science Association is happy to announce their annual congress.  The 21st National Regional Science and Regional Planning Congress of the Turkish National Committee for Regional Science (BBTMK) will be held online this year on May 26-28, 2022, hosted by Gazi University Faculty of Architecture, Department of City and Regional Planning.

As of 2022, while leaving the pandemic behind, albeit slowly, the 21st National Regional Science and Regional Planning Congress has found itself in the middle of these new developments. Within the framework of the challenging agenda of the world, cities and regions, the main purpose of the Congress is to enable scientists from different fields working in the field of regional science to share their new studies and knowledge that they have developed in order to rethink and discuss the development routes that can balance the economic, social and environmental sustainability of the transforming regions in an environment of uncertainty. to create an enabling environment. Another purpose of the congress is to enable young researchers working in the field of regional science to participate in this sharing environment.

Organizer expects researchers who want to attend the congress to send their abstracts by e-mail to bbtmk2022@gazi.edu.tr until April 1, 2022. An electronic summary book containing the abstracts of accepted papers will be published. In addition, the full texts of the papers that have passed the referee process will be published in IdealKent Journal.
